These terms apply to purchases made at thebaggpack.com. The seller is:

2. What you’re buying

The BAGG Serum 2 Preset Pack (the “Pack”) is a digital product: a zip file of presets for Xfer Serum 2. Nothing is shipped. The Pack needs a licensed copy of Serum 2 and will not load in Serum 1. Serum is a trademark of Xfer Records; BAGG is not affiliated with or endorsed by Xfer Records.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown at checkout, in the currency shown there, together with any taxes that apply. Payments are handled by Stripe. I never see or store your card details.

4. Delivery

Delivery is immediate. As soon as your payment goes through you’re taken to a page with your download button, and Stripe emails you a receipt. Download the file and keep a copy. If you lose it, or the download doesn’t work, email m.bagger.nielsen@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout and I’ll sort it out.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you’re a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason. That right does not apply to digital content once delivery has started, provided you have agreed to delivery starting immediately and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal.

That is why checkout asks you to tick this box before you pay:

I agree to the Terms of sale and the Licence. I consent to immediate delivery of the digital download, and I understand that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once the download begins.

Once you have ticked it and the download begins, the purchase is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded because you changed your mind. Your receipt from Stripe, together with these terms, is your confirmation of this.

6. Problems with the file

This does not affect your statutory rights. If the file is corrupt, incomplete, or does not work as described, contact me and I’ll fix it, replace it, or refund you.

7. Licence

What you may and may not do with the presets is set out in the Licence. By buying the Pack you agree to it.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, I’m not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and my total liability for a purchase is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by Danish law. If you’re a consumer you also keep any mandatory protections you have under the law of the country where you live. Consumers in Denmark can take a complaint to Center for Klageløsning (naevneneshus.dk).

10. Changes

I may update these terms. The version in force when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase.
